How much does junk removal cost?

Our pricing is based on volume — meaning how much space your items take up in our trailer. We use a 12 ft x 6 ft x 4 ft dump trailer (approximately 10 cubic yards) for simple, transparent pricing.

We have a minimum charge for small loads, and pricing increases based on how full the trailer becomes. Heavier materials or specialty items may affect pricing.

We offer free on-site estimates and can also provide quotes from pictures. You’ll always receive clear, upfront pricing before we begin any work.



What size trailer do you use?

We use a 12-foot long, 6-foot wide, 4-foot high dump trailer — which we refer to as a 10-yard trailer for easy volume-based pricing.

This allows us to handle everything from small single-item pickups to full estate and property cleanouts efficiently.



What do you haul away?

We remove nearly anything non-hazardous that can fit inside a bin or dump trailer, including:

  • Furniture
     
  • Appliances
     
  • Mattresses
     
  • Renovation and construction debris
     
  • Yard waste
     
  • Garage and basement clutter
     
  • Rental property cleanouts
     
  • Estate cleanouts
     
  • Commercial cleanouts
     

If you’re unsure about a specific item, just contact us and we’ll let you know.



What items do you NOT take?

For safety and environmental reasons, we cannot remove:

  • Paint
     
  • Oil
     
  • Chemicals
     
  • Hazardous materials
     

If you’re unsure whether something qualifies as hazardous, contact us before booking.



Do I need to move items outside?

No. We provide full-service junk removal. We can remove items from inside your home, basement, garage, yard, or business.

We also offer curbside pickup if you prefer to have items placed outside ahead of time.



Do you clean up after removal?

Yes. After loading your items, we sweep up the area so it’s left clean and ready to use.



Do you offer next-day service?

Yes. We offer next-day service depending on availability. Contact us as early as possible to secure your preferred booking time.



Do you serve residential and commercial clients?

Yes. We provide junk removal services for both residential and commercial customers. This includes homeowners, landlords, property managers, contractors, and businesses.



Do you recycle items?

We recycle steel and other appropriate materials whenever possible to reduce landfill waste and dispose of items responsibly.



Do you require deposits?

For larger jobs or full property cleanouts, we may require a deposit to secure your booking date.



Are you available on weekends?

Yes, we offer weekend bookings by appointment only. Contact us in advance to schedule.



Do you travel outside Haldimand & Norfolk County?

We primarily serve Haldimand and Norfolk County. However, we may travel outside the area depending on job size and scope. Contact us with details and we’ll let you know
